Fostering Creative Connections & Celebrating Global Talent

Hannah Sloan Curatorial & Advisory is dedicated to supporting the careers of emerging and mid-career artists working across disciplines - through public exhibitions, artist commissions and private sales. We are committed to the discovery of exceptional talent and offer opportunities for a vibrant connection to the visual arts through an evolving program and experimental platforms that include gallery exhibitions, artist talks, public installations, studio visits, seasonal pop-up shops and makers markets.

Hannah Sloan is a fifth-generation California native, with a background in art history, critical writing and curatorial practices. She has acted as an independent curator, gallery director and art advisor since 2004. In 2015 she began championing women artists in the Los Angeles area and has curated 20, one, or two woman exhibitions since that time.

She oversees acquisitions of art and commissions for private collectors and institutions such as the J. Paul Getty Museum; LACMA; Tate Modern, London; San Francisco Museum of Modern Art; Pilara Foundation, San Francisco; CAA; McEvoy Foundation for the Arts, San Francisco; High Museum, Atlanta; Wilson Centre for Photography, London; MoMA, New York; Centre Pompidou and the Bibliotheque National, Paris.
